YOM 4 YOW CHERNG. Multiple spindle oscillation mortiser. The machine is constructed of three tilting carriages and one horizontal carriage.Two sides working the same time thus for bigger production in less time. Control panel. All of machine motions are grouped in one control panel for operation convenience, including cutter oscillation, motor on_off control, and clamping cylinder control etc. There are three tilting carriages. Each one can tilt independently and the maximum tilting angle is 20 degree. The speed of the two tables inside & out is adjustable by an air-hydraulic combination cylinder. This feature provides buffering function for workpiece contacting cutter & also increases efficiency. 3 sets tilting carriages & 1 set horizontal carriage. Mortising spindle can be adjusted in right_left, up_down directions. You can choose between 2 speeds cutter oscillation, high & low. The change is done by switch, even while the machine is working. Oscillation motor and inverter box. Two cutters fitted on both ends of spindle perform both sides mortising simultaneously. The operator can choose by switch which spindle is going to work & also the speed high or low. Different samples.
